Have You Failed Today? Inspirational Video

“When Life Knocks You Off Your Feet... Practice Your Shoulder Roll!”

Inspiration comes fairly easy on the first step of a long journey the real test is when you’ve taken a few hundred thousand steps, you’re hungry, tired and find yourself lying  in the ditch.

Here’s A Few Things I’ve Learned About This Falling Down, Failure Thing:

Failure won’t kill you,  boredom just might.

Winning is cool, living is cooler.

When you let go of needing to be someone you’re free to enjoy who you are.

Falling down is an art form, bend your knees.

You are not what you do. Really, you aren’t.

Staying down is not an option. Get up- quickly.

Life will take your breath away. Most of the time- it returns.

Your knees will buckle. Practice  your shoulder roll.

Quit. Quit things that don’t matter, aren’t important and are a waste of your passions, gifts, talents.

Persist when it Matters TO YOU.

Attack hills and persevere through the dips when you must!

Surround yourself with people who believe in you and can teach you what you most want to learn.

Commit when your heart, soul, body and mind are willing.  Until then keep your options open.

Stay curious. You don’t know what you don’t know.

Get the resources you need, to do what you cannot not DO!

Show up daily.

And remember all the forward progress in the world is fairly meaningless without love and people you care about!

Every day I get up expecting a miracle or ten thousand. Mostly I expect God to take the questions of life and turn them into soulful inspiration to encourage you and I on this journey. That's why I'm here. I believe in the miracles that faith, love and hope make possible.
